How Virtual Classroom is priced?
Virtual Classroom based plans give you the flexibility of choosing a pricing plan based on your use case.

• Professional & Enterprise
  Choose any option from a professional or enterprise plan. These plans are based on the number of instructors/teachers/hosts. Each teacher will have his/her own dedicated classroom. For example, you have 10 teachers in your organization and they want to teach 25 students in each class then you can ask for 10 teachers and 25 attendees plan from our sales team.
• Pay-Per-Use
  If you are not sure about your usage pattern, go for Pay-Per-Use plan. In this plan, you get participant minutes in bulk. Participant minutes are calculated by multiplying the number of participants with the duration of the class. For example if there are 5 participants in the class and class lasts for 40 minutes then participant minutes consumed are 40X5=200.

How Learning Management System is priced?
Learning Management System plans give you the flexibility of choosing a plan based on the number of users you enroll to your academy. Select the number of users based on your estimate of the number of learners you expect to deliver learning in a year.

WizIQ offers two flavours of LMS plans, Elite and Infinite. You can compare the features among the two flavours and choose the one that best meets your requirements. With each plan, you get the option to deliver self-paced courses. For live classes you can additionally opt for Virtual Classroom plan.
Who is a user in LMS plans?
A user can be learner, instructor or an administrator registered to your academy in WizIQ.

I want to use both LMS and Virtual classroom. Which plan should I buy?
You need to opt for both LMS and Virtual Classroom plans separately as per usage pattern.

What methods of payment can I use?
You can purchase using Credit Card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard), PayPal and direct bank transfer.

How do I purchase WizIQ plans?

How is my cloud storage used?
Any presentation, pdf or document you upload in your Content Library will consume a portion of the storage space offered by WizIQ. Additionally, any recording of your live sessions is also stored in the WizIQ Content Library taking up storage space.

What is the price of additional storage and how can I buy it?
Price of storage includes both data storage and data transfer cost. Data transfer happens when your students view/download the content, recordings and other objects. It starts from $1/GB up to 25 attendees plan and includes both storage and transfer cost. After that it varies based on the number of attendees in classroom or number of users in LMS. You can contact your account manager to buy additional storage.

Is there any limit on Number of recordings?
Yes, with each plan there is limit on number of recordings available per month. This limit represents maximum number of recordings that can be build in a month. For example, if your plan included 20 recordings a month, you can record at most 20 live sessions in a month.

What happens when my recording limit in the month is reached? Can I buy additional recordings?
Once your recordings available for the month, as per your plan, have been used you will not be allowed to record live sessions until you have bought additional recording packs.
These recording packs will be consumed as per your usage and they do not have an expiry date. You can buy additional recording in packs of 200, 1000 or 5000. Please contact your account manager to buy more recordings.
